At Hair La’flare, we take great pride in the quality and customization of each wig. Please review our return policy carefully:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, wigs must be in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, and free of any damage or styling.

• All sales are final after 14 days. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted beyond this period.

• Due to the customization and personalization of our products, only partial refunds will be offered on approved returns. Customization costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
